Setting up therapy

Our first contact would be an initial 15 minute telephone call.

Following this, our initial appointment would last for 90 minutes. This is a chance to for us to explore your difficulties in more detail, and determine whether CBT is the right therapy for you at this time.

If we agree to start therapy these weekly sessions would each last 50 minutes.
